From multiple files supplied, organise, print and dispatch to 12 different locations around the UK.
Whether the job is a run of posters, a new menu or a run of 2000 scorecards, every job starts off with our team of experts casting their trained eyes over the files, searching for anything that could impact the production or finished result – even looking out for spelling mistakes on the behalf of the customer. Once the artwork has our seal of approval, the files are organised by type, quantity and size and sent to the appropriate department – scorecards, menus and table toppers go to our digital print department, posters, placards and banners go to our large format department. The attention of print operators is key here as a lot of the artwork looks very similar with sometimes a reference or address being the only differential between site locations. With this in mind it is imperative that the organisation started by the reprographic team continues right through until they have been despatched. Utilising our massive 2.5 metre wide flatbed printer and plotter cutter, multiple poster sizes can be printed and cut at the same, aiding efficiency and speed. The same goes for the smaller print material, with imposition and running on multiple machines allowing us to turn around jobs in record time. Quality control is ever present, with every bit of work checked throughout the process with a final, triple check taking place during packing and dispatch where the print is secured for transport and labelled accordingly.
Organisation, team work and communication is of uttermost importance when facing multi-faceted print runs and made especially critical when you have to dispatch to multiple destinations. We have a great relationship with the fine folk at Mr Mulligans who trust us implicitly with the quality of the print, the speed we are able to turn around the work as well as being able to deliver the materials to which destination they choose, on time, every time.
